I get to know life and myself in it primarily through contact with other people. My question is "Who are you?" and then "Who am I in contact with you?"
The diversity and complexity that I experience in encounters always reminds me of my own and how important it is to experience life and not just "understand" it. This gives rise to my concern to encourage people in their individual life planning and development.

 

Of course, I am on my own path to healing and am taking steps towards myself, towards more joy, more people who are dear to me and, above all, immersing myself more in life and going with the flow.

 

In coaching & consulting I work with a mindfulness-oriented and systemic integral approach.

 

The Human Design system, with its focus on matter, form, and ultimately the body and its inherent wisdom, is for me a practical and valuable "counterpole" to this. These fields of research are enriching for me and, in my experience, mutually enrich one another.

 

In my private life I am a partner, dog & cat father, interested in a holistic approach to life & nature, sports, spirituality (whatever that means).
